Knowledge creators hooking viewers and creating value
Hi, everyone! It may be a new week, but we’re still riding high after our Smooth Session on Thursday. We brought together marketers, agency leaders, and creators for bagels, smoothies, and real conversations about the future of creator marketing. And it rocked.
Check out Colin’s recap on LinkedIn here. Now let’s roll the tape on what’s been a crazy strong May so far.

Knowledge Creators 🤝 Cool Stuff
The latest content + happenings from the creators we rep here at Smooth

Your Average Tech Bro shares his AI-powered coding workflow | We both know it: There is a surplus of “how I use AI to [insert literally anything here]” videos on YouTube right now. But YATB isn’t just any YouTuber. He’s the kind who gets comments like this: “This is a far more useful demonstration of how to use AI in real project development compared to many other YouTube videos, kudos for sharing.” Viewers? Hooked. Value? Created.
Sandra is doing numbers on LinkedIn | If LinkedIn is the final frontier of the creator economy, Sandra is planting her flag in a big way. Her cybersecurity content is perfect for the platform—think: “Here are the top 4 FREE cybersecurity courses for beginners” and “Here’s how to stand out in a competitive job market.” The engagement on Sandra’s LinkedIn is proof that she’s doing something right.
The Wall Street Skinny ladies are leading a stellar Finance Workshop | Their two-day training on financial modeling and Excel skills is exactly the kind of accelerator their audience needs (and wants). Specific, useful, and delivered in Kristen and Jen’s trademark voice.
Angelo Castillo (aka ProfitPlug) just hit 600K on Instagram | With videos like “5 things to not be broke in my 30s,” it’s no surprise Angelo’s content is taking off.
Finally? A crossover event inside the Smooth universe: Calum Johnson interviews tech creator Riley Brown about building his AI app, Vibe Code.
Brand Campaigns Hot Off the Press 🗞️
Some of the fun partnerships our team’s been working on with creators + brands

Taylor Bell x Notion | Taylor’s videos breaking down niche businesses are so, so interesting. And in this one—all about luxury fitness studios, who wouldn’t click—she seamlessly wove in a brand she actually uses and loves: Notion. It’s really something to behold. No one is doing transitions like Taylor. Oh…and as we always say, Smooth runs on Notion. 🏃
Megan Tan x Ray-Ban Meta | In the cinematic way only Megan can deliver it, enjoy a day in her life with her Ray-Ban Meta sunglasses. This is one you’ll want to watch on the big screen, TBH.
Riley Brown x Recraft | Riley walks us through Recraft, the powerful AI tool that allows you to make amazing designs on a canvas-style board. Bonus? Riley vibe coded landing pages with his own flair—our favorite’s the elephant.
Thoughts for the Road 🛣️
A little something we’ve been chatting about here at Smooth HQ
We’ll level with you: Last week was a marathon. Josh moderated two panels and spoke at another. The team brought both a marketer dinner with Popular Pays and our second iteration of Smooth Sessions to life. We had the Chicago contingent in town for some team bonding. And, like, half of Smooth HQ was sick at one point or another.
But we’d do it again, every week (don’t quote me on that), to enjoy the unparalleled energy that IRL events and moments give us. There’s something about getting together in a room full of interesting, smart people—even if it drains your social battery, it leaves you lit up.
Keep an eye out for more. Also 100 RTs and we’ll take Smooth Sessions on the road…?
Thanks for reading! Please enjoy this picture of our CEO, Josh, happy as a clam running into Marvel filming after our Smooth team happy hour.
