As many of you (except for my mom, who loves me very much but still doesn’t get what I do for a living) know…a significant chunk of Smooth’s whole premise is connecting incredibly talented knowledge creators with the very best brands in the world. These partnerships are a part of our business we take a ton of pride in, and we love when our creator x brand match-ups empower both sides of the equation to be at their very best.
This week, we’ve had a slew of standout integrations go live. Here are the highlights →
Sondering Emily kicks off an all-time partnership with Lenovo. Emily is a beyond talented game developer who shares all kinds of insights into indie games, development, creativity, etc. with a very eager (and rapidly growing) audience. So…? She’s now partnered with Lenovo as a mentor to fellow creator and aspiring game developer Stephanie Poetri in the brand’s Dream Chasers series. Emily will work with Stephanie over several episodes, utilizing Lenovo tech and offering a look at what it takes to get started as a game developer. The first episode just went live, and we’re so excited to see the rest of this season play out.
JBL taps NothingButTech’s Jacklyn Dallas to showcase their Live Beam 3 Earbuds. One of Jacklyn’s unique gifts as a creator is her genuine enthusiasm for new tech, and that joie de vivre really shines through in this partnership. JBL brought a fantastic product to the table, and Jacklyn took it and ran with it. Love when that happens.
Megan Tan highlights the many sides of LTX Studio. Watching filmmaker/aesthetic vlog creator Megan Tan’s videos really feels like you’re stepping out of a social feed and into a different world. Her creative, valuable rundown on how she uses text-to-video AI platform LTX Studio to storyboard her films was both a pleasure to watch and totally captivating. Bonus? The comments section was poppin.
We love working with all of these creators and brands on innovative, value-add partnerships that (and this is important) make sense for everyone involved.
